Carter Properties is a property rentals company which was founded in 2013 by Matt Carter. We are not an agency, we own all the properties that we offer for rent. This means a direct and independent service.

Matt Carter is an independent landlord and also a Lettings Agent. He’s an accredited landlord with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and The Leeds Rental Standard. He’s also a member of the York Residential Landlords Association (YRLA).

We use the TDS to protect tenant deposits. We are also a member of ICO to make sure that your data is protected correctly.
